Subtype /Popup: the display window attached to a parent annotation (markup,
sticky note). Subtype-specific entries: /Parent (reference to the carrying
annotation) and /Open (initial state). A pop-up is never meaningful alone — it
relies on its parent for /Contents, /T and /M.
